White Tea - Silver Needle
White tea is a rare delicacy from the Fujian province in China. Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needle) has tender white downy tea buds that are collected in Spring on a select few days each season using traditional techniques of tea gathering. Silver Needle is gently roasted and is famous for its delicate yet subtle, sweet taste and pale infusion. It is low in caffeine and higher in anti-oxidants than green tea.
